THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY

The INTERNATIONAL DRUG ENFORCEMENT CENTRE was established with the stated purpose of being actively involved in the care of drug addicts.

  The center is affiliated to similar European bodies and is a signatory to a collaboration protocol with the National Anti-Drug Agency under the Ministry of Administration and Interior.

 Noticing the total lack of therapeutic post-treatment possibilities in Romania, IDEC channeled its efforts towards the commissioning of such a therapeutic community center, without which the addiction cannot be successfully treated, built according to all EC norms, having all the facilities.  and the needs of such a unit.

  Being the first such community in Romania, it is an ultramodern unit built and designed according to the model of the communities in Western Europe.

 We want this community to be a pilot unit, a model for future similar establishments, so necessary in a country haunted by drugs, where generations are destroyed by this terrible scourge.  Valea Doftanei Therapeutic Community, realized in public / private partnership in collaboration with the National Anti-Drug Agency.

 Valea Doftanei community is an ultramodern unit built and designed according to the model of Western European communities, a settlement that ends the therapeutic cycle.

 The community is located on the outskirts of Brebu commune, Prahova county at an ideal altitude for the treatment of mental addictions, in a new construction, having as employees highly qualified doctors, psychologists, nurses and social workers, educators, instructors, etc.

 In the community, the specific activities of the therapeutic program include individual and group counseling, psychotherapy, specialized educational workshops, self-management, recreational activities in landscaped and outdoor spaces and grounds
